Virtual Account BaaS (Banking as a Service) platform is a platform where banks integrate their own financial service capabilities to provide innovative financial services to platform-based enterprises, including supply chain finance, consumer finance, personal wallets, payment settlements, cash management, fund accounting, fund custody and other financial services. Financial services cover merchants and individuals under the platform enterprise, covering the three major businesses of banks: foreign exchange, deposits, and financing.

1. Rapid Access to Platform Applications
BaaS Platform enables fast access to platform enterprise applications, achieving deep integration between financial capabilities and platform enterprise ecosystem scenarios. Currently, there are two types of access methods supported:
- API access: enables direct access to BaaS platform from platform enterprise backend (may require PCI DSS certification for platform enterprise applications).
H5 access: access BaaS platform through H5 pages provided by BaaS platform (no PCI DSS certification required for platform enterprise applications).BaaS platform supports a series of OpenAPI interfaces including customer registration, account opening and management, electronic signatures, and financial transaction execution.
2. Unified Operations Management Portal
The BaaS platform provides operation and management portals for three dimensions respectively:

- Platform Enterprise Operations Management Portal
- Merchant Operations Management Portal
2.1 System Operations Management Portal
For BaaS platform operators, perform platform enterprise registration management and manage common parameters such as currency, accounting subjects, deposit and withdrawal channels, and account types.
2.2 Platform Enterprise Operations Management Portal
Targeting platform enterprise operation personnel, providing registration and management for merchants and members, managing electronic agreements, managing the access of platform enterprise applications, executing platform enterprise transactions (including collection and payment on behalf of, platform recharge, freeze, and unfreeze), as well as various transaction ledger queries, inbound and outbound channel ledger queries, and accounting ledger queries.
2.3 Merchant Operations Management Portal
For merchant operators under platform enterprises, conduct KYC authentication, protocol signing and inquiry for merchants, execute merchant transactions (including recharge, withdrawal, refund, etc.), and query various transaction ledgers and fund channel ledgers.
